An order is accepted when Radyncey confirms acceptance. We review the order information and applicable payment status before fulfillment. If an issue affects processing, we will contact you to resolve it. Order changes or cancellation requests should be sent to customer support; we will confirm what is possible based on processing progress.

Shipping and tax

Free standard shipping applies to supported US street addresses. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch at 3–4 business days, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy provides the 30-day return request window and conditions. Radyncey covers return shipping for our error, damage or defects; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.

Product care and website content

Follow the care and usage information on the product page. Keep electrical components away from water and use the products only for suitable dry desktop debris. Store text, designs and images may not be reproduced without authorization.
